2011 Beaujolais Wine Celebration
The Sister Cities Association of Cary, in partnership with the Wake Tech Culinary Arts Department, and Total Wine celebrated with Cary’s 5th annual Beaujolais Wine Tasting on Friday, November 18 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at the elegant Matthews House in downtown Cary. Tickets included a tasting of four different Beaujolais wines, two glasses of wine, plenty of Hors d'ouevres and a souvenir wine glass.
Proceeds from this year’s Beaujolais celebration will support the Sister Cities Association’s youth exchange program with Cary's Sister City Le Touquet, France, and the Wake Tech Culinary Arts program’s annual culinary exchange with Le Touquet.

The "French Kisses" exhibit at ChambersArts! is now open and will run through the end of December! Be sure to drop by and see this wonderful exhibit and meet Lynda and perhaps some of the local artists that are featured in this exhibit. Her "Fraysinet" cards are sure to make a great Christmas gift.
