As defined in our by-laws, the Board of Directors for the Sister Cities Association of Cary, Inc. is composed of 4 elected members of the community to serve on the executive board consisting of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer.  The fifth member is the Chair of the Sister Cities Commission.  The next 4 members are the current Commission liaisons to our Sister Cities.  The 10th member is  a community member with long standing ties to our program.
